It enables you to connect to any devices running Take Control (N-able). The Take Control (N-able) Viewer is available for Windows (from Server 2008), Mac (from OS X 10.9). When you provide support to a mixed environment of Take Control (TeamViewer) and Take Control (N-able) installations, you must have both Take Control Viewer versions installed on any devices providing assistance. The Take Control (N-able) Linux Viewer is no longer under development or supported. The viewer you use depends on the version of Take Control deployed to the remote device.
